Well i gotta say Doom3 doesn't SUX Really....
Heres my review
Graphics: Just outstanding its the future graphics for games its so lovey i just love it. but the darkness makes the game harder if the darkness was brither sure its good 9/10
Gameplay: I'm sry but doom3 didn really do well on gameplay its just so simple in other words. Kill, doge, Run and same. But the enemies avoid for humans and demons jump right at you... 5/10
Sound: Lets just say your parents might think monsters have invaded. 9/10
Controls: Its nice that controls are good so it makes it easy to play. 8/10
Reply: It gets fun by playing online with some buddys and killing ... But it will get boring after... 7/10
Overall: I like doom3 it would be better improve gameplay cuz it ruins the game...

Play Doom3 in the dark by yourself. WHen I did for the first time, it scared the piss out of me.
Graphics: Blah! Graphics simply cannot get anymore noticably different with any game. Games like doom3, halo, and other really pretty games look alike to me. Graphics are top of the line usuall, nothing spectacular.
Sound: Awesome, SoundBlaster Audigy ZS with 7.1 surround speakers and I can hear freking mice walking on the floor and tell you where its coming from!
Content: It's a doom game not an rpg, if you want a great story and lots of flexibily with your character, play NeverWinter Nights. I absouletly LOVE the level editor that comes with it though....two thumbs way way up!

Dude the gameplay is way to simple all it is shoot,run,kill enemies and the enemies do the same this everytime just avoud your attaxks or just run at you....

I agree. But that is not why I give it a 10. Like I stated, if you want a better game play a MMORPG like NeverWinter NIghts. I gave it a 10 for creating an atmosphere, maintaining it and being all around magnificent with the FEELING the game. I have never felt so involved in a game before. This is the only game where I can totally immerse myself into the game. I have played doom since the original and it's all the same, but doom3 is better and the best beacause of the lijghting, sound and the atmosphere it creates.
Also, I think any game that comes with a level editor is amazing.

Hahaha, I wouldn't consider NVN an MMORPG. And I can run it on my XP 2500+ 128 MB GeForce FX-5700 fine (Doom 3 that is). I dunno wtf your problems are, but you don't need such high settings. Rofl, my brother has a P3 1GHz machine with 384 MB of RAM and a similar graphics card. It runs fine on low settings. You idiots probably have all sorts of junk on your computers. The 5600 was designed horribly and it just plain sucks ass. 5700 is decent though, and it only costs like another $30. Me, I'd upgrade to the rather safe ATI-Radeon 9700 if I had the money. It's a good card (holy crap, did I just say the 9700 was only a good card?! Time's change i suppose) but the newest nVidia card... 6800? is the best. PC-Gamer said some tests were nearly 2x as good as the 9700. I haven't been up-to-date for months though...
