It's called moddin and SEN isn't a modding site.
Go to www.campaigncreations.org (I don't know if spelling is correct)
You could also go to the SCMDraft site.

You will need WinMPG and a couple of other programs and heavy programing experience.

ACtually, you dont need WinMPQ.
You will need Arsenal 2/3 and some other things.

Also SME ( http://www.smempire.org ) for modding help.

A fair list of modding tools:
  • MPQ Draft (patch maker)
  • WinMPQ (.MPQ editor)
  • Aresnal III / Arsenal Zero (.DAT modifier)
  • TBLEdit (.TBL table editor)
  • ICECC / ICE (animations editor)
  • Retro GRP (.GRP extractor / compiler)
  • StarGraft (Buttons Editor)
  • MemGraft (required patch for StarGraft, is currently out of date and does not work; god censored.gif ing screw DarkWizzard.)
That should keep you busy.

samods is a great modding site. We don't even do modding. And everyone lived happily ever after.
