Ok, I just figured this out
The only way to get EXP is to challange people to battles.
Best if you use IE cuz it might not be compatible with some browsers.
Most updates later.

Currently Testing Heal.
Food does not work.

Correction: Punish works, but it only works sometimes.
I managed to get +7 Strength with punish.

Punish has a RANDOM chance of giving you a boost in some caracteristics... Geez.
