This is not where you ask that question.
But, to answer it: You can get to Regular by having 50 posts. That's all I know. Elite is 300 or something.
And...how old are you? I'm just curious.

I think there is also a HERO one not sure if they still have it. It was a Infested kerrigan. And I dont think you can become and administrator. It doesnt matter how many posts. If your an admin like Yoshi your an admin.

Voila your an administrator
You can also work your way up on beign Mod, Global Mod, Staff and then Adm.
BTW: I don't think you will easily find Yoshi in person...
