in one of my maps i am making that is done but one thing is stopping it from being released and that is when i attack the enemy units charging at me they run but i made the trigger preserved
can any one help me?
P.S. the map is a defence game and if i posted this in the wrong area i am sorry >.<
The flawless way to fix this is to make the charging unis neutral. If you use order Move, then they should ignore it though. Perhaps you could post your map so we can see what you are talking about?
Units run away when attacked by something Invincible. That's most likely your problem.
As Battlekruser said, either tell them to move or have them be neutral so they think that they just think they're mysteriously taking damage from nowhwere.
Did you use the order: move trigger? Or did you use order: patrol? There's a big difference in the two..
i made them attack instead of move or patrol because they have to attack threw some stuff 1st
and DT_Battlekruser i will try your idea of making them nuetral

The unit attacking them isn't invincible is it?
If not then I would guess something is wrong with the terrain blocking the unit for some reason causing them to move in a diff direction or it's just the trigger.
i dont think its that cause when they dont even get close to the thing they have to attack they still run when hit
Your prolem is messed up. Try posting your map so we can see the problem for ourselves.

I didn't see the map cause I can't use SC right now, but here's your problem...
1) You are beign attacked by an invincible unit as Moose said
2) You are beign attacked by a cloaked unit and you cannot see it
3) You are beign attack by a unit you cannot hit(IE: Air vs Ground)
4) You are allied with that player therefore you cannot auto-attack
5) You have triggers telling that unit to move
6) You messed up so bad that i don't know...

If any of these are true, use Move command all the way through the defense of make player neutral. Only way.
i tried the nuetral thing did not work it just created for 1st player and i also tried not making them invincible and that did not work

Neutral units shoudl not respond to anywhting but triggers...
if a player is allied with a player that is attacking it, the unit will not run away...

so now i got it to work so i am going to work on it and get all the glitches out
