ive worked hard in balancing it and updating the units. i did something and now my high templars wont hallucinate and they wont warp into archons either.

Did you go into Player - Settings and disable hallucinate + Archon Warp? Only thing i could think of that you did to stop this option being der. Because most time you need research this to get it. Unless you disable it in players settings then you wont get it.

Well, since I can't look at it in game without someone else in there... It appears that you have Hallucination, and Archon Warp researched... Try lowering the buildings in the top left and top right down a bit, they are too close to the top methinks.

I was too lazy to dl map and check, but if it is Tassadar, he won't merg, and Aldaris has no abilities and can't merge.
