Units I'd like to be:
Ghost: He cloaks, he locks down stuff, and he nukes.
Vulture: To quote Xeno(U), "Speed kicks ass." And he's got Spider Mines.
Siege Tank: Damage and range, baby.
Science Vessel: He has useful spells, and he's a detector, to boot.
Battlecruiser: The Yamato Gun is the reason.
Zergling: Like the Vulture, sans Spider Mines.
Hydralisk: Nothing beats his versatility.
Ultralisk: Big and bad.
Defiler: For the reasons Nozomu said earlier.
Infested Terran: 500 damage.
Zealot: Like a Zergling with shields.
High Templar: Psionic Storm owns. Hallucination isn't bad, either.
Dark Templar: Cloak + 49 damage when upgraded = one badass unit.
Dark Archon: Two words--MIND CONTROL.
Corsair: Splash damage and Disruption Web are always good.

I'd rather be a ghost, I just like the fact that you can instantly go invisible in a flash and do whatever you want when your cloaked. And also if you ever got a chance to drop a nuke...i would use it on whoever i hated most. 
And to also hide on rooftops and snipe the lil bastards down below hehehhehehe

I'd be a Dark Archon so I could always have some other voice in my/our head whom to talk to.
And I can freeze most people around. Mind control sucks. A lil gun could easily kill me after that.
