Many people have different opinions of what a marine is? Indeed most of you do. Just because i am civilian doesn't mean i can't be a strong and buff marine. Sure i didnt meet up to standards of most of them. But doesn't mean i'll give up and stop not trying. Because its my goal to become a marine and crush some marines and do something for my Federation of Terran. Only if i had chance to show people that i am more then what you see. This is my story..
On dark cold platform of UED where i was stationed as a cleaner. Not much of a job but all i was good for, i couldn't be a marine because i lacked strenght and other characterist's. Yes this could be a joke to some of you but not to me. From first day i saw the marines marching down my home street town. Day i knew i wanted to become a marine. Sigh, would never happen. I better stop daydreaming and get back to my job of cleaning this Dropship. As i was cleaning this drop ship i noticed something on the ground was a bullet from one of the marines guns. I thought to myself i could make a necklace out of it. Then i would have something keep me going to really want become a marine. As i was going pick it up the alarm went off and all these marines came running to the dropship, one of the marines yelled at me and said " Are you the Zerg specialist? " out of shock i just said first thing that came to my head " Yes " next minture i was pushed into one of these bigass dropship chairs and getting locked down. One of marines who was next to me said, " Cant go in that suit when we land need get you into a marine suit. " Boy my dream was coming true so fast i thought. Only hope that i would get a weapon to kill some zerg with. Few hours later we came to site where zerg have been roaming around. We go offloaded on a cliff above the zerg base so zerg wouldn't spot us and come and attack us. We would be out numbered by heaps. Captain of group pulled me to him and said to me " Watch what the zerg are doing? Seem be digging up this site for something? " i watched as zerg digged up the ground the i spotted something looked like ancient Protoss temple of some kind. I told the captain, then he got on radio in hurry asked for support get us out of here. The one of the marines noticed a partoling party that spotter there where abouts. Marine came running to captain and said " Sire, were been spotter we need get transport A.S.A.P " Captain got back on radio started yell. Captain gave me a gauss rifle and said " Boy this not a good day be a marine, lock and load boy were going have a tough time. " i locked and loaded the rifle. My whole body filled with joy. I dont know why i did this but i jumped down from the cliff ran into zerg base started blasting the crap out of all the zerg. Boy i was doing a great job. Nothing coule touch me. Then out of nowhere a huge spike stabbed though my armor and hit my body. The pain was shocking. I feel to the ground. But i didnt stop firing out of nowhere came a Vessel i could see the Zerg Lurker now so i started to shoot at it. Lurker kepted on attacking me making more holes in my armor and hitting more of my body. Blood was all over my armor and coming out of me. On my final breath lurker died from my rifle. As lurker died my rifle was empty i fell to the ground not dead yet just in lots of pain my body started go cold slowy. A dark shadow came over top of me. Was the captain he turned my body over and said " Why hell you do this? Are you nuts? your just Civilian? " i smiled at captain and said my final words " I am a marine.. " then i died. Captain screamed out " goddamn mother fu-cking zerg! " then picked up my rifle and reloaded it and said to his men " lets wax these bastards. " This day will never be forgotten by men who fought on that battle-field of a civlian who wanted more out of life then being a civilian...
He was not a civilian in them marines hearts, but a true marine hero of the UED.

Wow.. I like the story! I've seen many of your posts moogle, you seem to be very experienced in map making (and I'm not...). We got some good map makers and writers!
