For those of you too lazy to paste into your browser, here's a brief synopsis of the 'mini-movie.'
The video is made up of clips from various (old) nintendo games - a beat em up, a surfing game, a car racer, mario etc.
These clips are masterfully put together to tell a story, complete with fitting sound effects/music and great voice acting that has a very comic effect.
Here's the story:
Steve is walking along the pier at the beach, watching the waves come in. (A great commentary is kept up by Steve throughout) He meets a walking mushroom and an aerobics dancer whom he beats in a dance challenge. He continues walking and bumps into an old friend: Carl. (The bit of dialogue between them is hilarious - a perfect example of a conversation between yourself and someone who you know, but don't know well.) For some reason, Steve punches Carl and he falls off the pier.
Steve then has a dilemma and reminds himself of who could have seen him at the beach today. Suddenly he hears police sirens and he runs for his car.
In the car, he tries to call his girlfriend but drops his phone and it rolls under the seat. He crashes the car whilst trying to retrieve the phone.
