if u wanted to lower a units hp, like lower by 2 or 5, how would u do that?

You can move them to an area where some unit hurts them and move them back.
You can create an invincible (and probably cloaked) unit to damage them and then remove it.

No...I'm pretty sure you can't do 0.5%. Figuring out percents isn't TOO hard...just use a calculater tongue.gif

The only issue with percents is that they don't subtract from the current health, thet set it to the percent of health you want.

So let's say you want a marine with 100 HP to have 90 HP (and do the trigger to set it to 90%), it will set the marine's health to 90%. Supposing that marine was attacked so it has 70 instead of 100 and then the 90% trigger occurs, its health will raise instead. I know that explanation was somewhat confusing, but I think you'd get the idea.

THat's why the only two useful values are like %100, and like %30 or whatever for having terran and toss buildings burning.

...you could have it so a unit is attacked a certain amount of time and then to heal, a medic is used for a certain amount of time. it takes perfect timing but it sort of works tongue.gif

I made a hybrid system of normal HP/virtual HP that allows you to add and subtract actual unit HP. It's not really much different from virtual HP except that it looks better and allows you to have your ore/gas/score counters free.

See the attached file for a demo.

Move the marine to the beacon in the shop.
Move the probes holding the items into any of the slots.
Build a unit to use the item in the corresponding slot. (When you use an item, you will see that HP is actually ADDED to your unit's.)
