Umm--- hello? Talking about classic shooters and not mentioning doom in the same sentence is a sin. Half-life is the best modern shooter because of its modability, but obviously i have to go with the one that started it all.

I only really played 2 FPS games... Which are UT2003 and MOHAA... So I'd say MOHAA.

You have FPS landmarks, then you have the games that are up to date right now... I'd say right now, Half-Life because of it's LONGEVITY through all it's mods and it's still fun as hell.

007 Goldeneye. THe first best! Will always remain my favorite.

Omg you all ways say halo2 iTS NOT even out yet you dumbass... You can't tell if its good or not you have to play a game then tell why its good you retard!
I think the best is Time crisis 3 for the aracade. its weapon choose system is really cool for the time crisis series and the gaphics are way better! But i still wish the time crisis series could make a hp meter for it! and the ducking system is still good! But the sound could have been abit better...
