Staredit Network -> UMS Assistance -> Buying Units Trigger

I've seen people do the buying units trigger in many tag games. I'm very new to the trigger system. Can someone tell me how it is done? Thanks in advance. Are the beacons involved in the trigger?

No...beacons are there just to let people see where the LOCATIONS are. By the way this is in the wrong forum.


Trigger
Description:
Buying
Players:
¤ Players
Conditions:
¤ Player brings at least "1" "unit" to "location"
Actions:
¤ Remove "unit" for "player"
¤ Create "whatever" at "shop" for "player"
¤ Preserve Trigger


Well Of course you could modify it to your needs....

It comes with the forum's PHP script. When typing up a response, you can find it in between "List" and "Progress."

hey if you plan on using money with it dont forget to use the accumulate and subtract triggers.

Ya ... if if want them to have a certain amout of cash make sure you have a condition that is (player (buyer) accumilates (how every many it will cost) resorces)

and then after you make the unit have it subtract resorces

¤ Players Accumalate atleast # of minerals or gas
¤ Player brings atleast 1 men to "buy"
Actions:
¤ Whatever it is your buying
¤ Subtract # number of minerals or gas it costs(set resources)
¤ move 1 "unit that you brought to location to buy" to "location"
¤ PreserveTrigger

if your gonna do money then just add more triggers
