I made these and copyrighted one of them 
but if you set it as a desktop it shouldnt affect the look because it should be hidden by the start menu thing.
Each of them took me like an hour to do so I'm pretty much finished with making spacescapes and moving on to terragen which I will learn slowly.

Wow those are really nice. Look at all the pretty lights. I've been to deviant art. I have a hard time finding stuff. I read the reviews on you pic tho. What planets are those, I forgot.

Well the orange one is supposed to be saturn but like different place
and the red and green are supposed to be from another solar system

my geuss he got a image spherized them then cleaned them up then made a glow then made the shadows with the select tool and feather and fill
