I know, it's a noobish question.
But is there a way to keep a Dark Templar uncloaked?
Not cloak once.
I don't mean have an observer following him around. Just uncloaked.
Uncloaked as in a marine uncloaked.
No need for vision to see him. Just uncloaked.
Is it possible?
Or am I an idiot?

That doesn't help at all. He askes if there's a way to have an uncloaked dt and you tell him to have uncloaked dts.
What you have to do is a preplaced unit owned by P161 somewhere on the map where humans don't see it. Then have them detect it with observers or something and give it to another player. It only works on ONE unit per game. Here's a map showing how to do it.

Problem.
Trigger isn't working.
I saved the trigger and transported it to my map, filled in all the locations...
All that happens is that it says it cannot place unit "Killer" (which is the DT)...
Wtf?


make 2 locations p161 status and make a dt for p161 in that location make another one and call it P161 - p1 then do this:
Conditions: Always
Actions:Give DT P161 To P1 , Move Dt For P1 To P161 - P1
then it should be uncloaked...

yea otherwise it wouldnt be uncloaked

Not be dumb, but what do you mean by "correct terrain"?
Does it have to be a certain kind... like jungle, dirt, etc?
Also, the thing that is happening is "Unable to Place unit" or "Unit Unplaca"
I have it right over jungle terrain!
I'm confused

You cannot place units on the bottom four squares of the map. Around that area, i'm not too sure. Make sure they're aren't any units under it either.

I finally got it working
Note that this will not work on Macintosh versions of Starcraft, and may change after a new Starcraft patch.
If that ever happens... I will kill everyone at blizzard who made that patch.
