i was working on my map and I went into the unit and hero settings thing. Then i clicked on the battlecruiser after I has the science vessel selected. Then I went into my map and made a location and it made this very wierd noise that made me jump ( because right now it is 3:00AM and lots of unexpected things make me jump) i tried to recreate the sound but it wouldnt do it again. Has this happened to any of you, or could it be something else with my computer. The only things I had running were SCXE and mozilla looking at SEN recent posts. This freaked me out and I want to know what it was...

X-Tra Editor includes only one sound, that start up sound, at one time General Mensk thought of having little sounds for them all when you make them, but it creates unnecessary lag through use of RAM, you can do it yourself...

1. Your speakers suck. Mine pick up like static and cellphones and radios sometimes.
2. There was probably some error and Windows played an error sound. Check whatever sounds you have set in Control Panel and you might find what you heard to be there.
3. You were on the computer at 3AM? You probably hallucinated. Get some sleep, buddy.
4. Your computer is posessed. Burn it.

I think it has to do with SEN. The page could've made a sound. It isn't starcraft related. If the sound sounded like a loud "bzzzdoom", then it has to do with sen. Happens to me all the time. It happens whenever there is an error on the site. I can't disable the sound.

I like my computers' noises, they are from a Campaign, called LotC and its great fun, you delete stuff and, oh those voices! I converted them from their location within the MPQ and put them as my sounds for things, as a theme. Friend helped me set it up...he uses Simpsons...he is old school!
