Hey, I've decided to upload a new portrait to my sarah kerrigan. Because she looks kinda ugly. The only problem is... I have 6 files ufefid01.smk ufefid02.smk, and so on. I can't get it to upload. Anyone have expertise in this or someone know which program to install? Thanks

See the moving world on the main page? That was extracted in the same way. Heres how I did it.
1. MPQ extract of the .smk file.
2. Download RAD video tools
3. Play around with it, and extract the animation. It will make a crapload of files.
4. I used macromedia flash (any animation program is good) and I threw it all in and animated it.
TIP - To conserve space (in your case), animate every 2nd or 3rd frame.
