im starting to make avs and sigs tell me if you want one. and tell me wut pic you want like in this pic is an scv i inserted with the text. im using paint and im really good at it now this picture was made like months ago tell me here wut you want

Not paint. More like photoshop or Adobe Image or something. Its really not hard to do at all.

I think he made the attached picture with paint, and his sig and av with something else. It is next to impossible to do fade [glow] effects in paint, unless he has some special plugin that I don't know about...
