Try getting Starforge, or Scmdraft, those are two other programs, but they have a more complex trigger system.

You dont upgrade with it, you install it, its a 3rd party program. I think its 3rd party...Although Im not sure if it is for mac.

X-Tra Editor doesn't work on MAC, thought it did! Starforge doesn't, SCMDraft 2, maybe! Who knows...all were built on Windows Platforms...

First of all, if it isn't your map, just leave it alone.

Second of all, if it crashes at the end, it isn't a good map at all.

Maybe he wants to make an improvement, like everyone else, you know nurf something, so it "balances it" for that brief second in there mind...

Well say I took one of your maps and wanted to make an "improvement" in it. Would you like that?

I see your point, but making the game crash when you lose is something that shouldn't be done. It's like an unwritten SC law. Any other time though I would really be unsupportive of changing other peoples maps. I'll have a look around for Mac editors for you.

edit:

I haven't found any, although I found this thing called B.net Mac buddy. lol Doubt it'll be helpful. Perhaps you could post the map and someone with StarForge could take out the crash trigger.

(You're not using map hack right?, some maps are made to crash for map hackers,)

No you can't do trigs in SCM Draft. SCXE works for Windows and so does Starfprge. Until a good Mac editor comes out heresd the best advice I have: Get a Windows comp.

Perhaps you could give map to a Winblows user such as me and I could do it for you.

"Well say I took one of your maps and wanted to make an "improvement" in it. Would you like that?"
IMO, that should be considered good, as long as the person 'improving' it renames it, doesn't rig it, doesn't add any crashes/spams/other universally annoying BS, and doesn't steal it.
If the person modifying it feels that the thing he's 'improving' is now better, than chances are, there's gonna be other people that like the changes.
