There is no exact forumula, try experimenting on your own.

I guess its possible but you would need to make tests and i think its gona be very long and complicated!

It is possible. You have to use short words so that it fits in the box. There is no exact formula. sad.gif I'm not really good with overlapping text, but it is possible.

I see triple overlapping alot in bounds. So i'm pretty sure it possible. Also how come the units names are so much easier to overlap than the Forces names?

I think unit names can hold a little bit more text than force names.
Triple overlapping names should be a little bit easier...

I know that It can be done in anywhere with the overlap ability. oo,gh0zt.oo did it in the forces with his Cloaked Tank Defense.

Wait, when you are about to host a map you can see the details of it right? Well there are little boxed that tell you it is either colour and/or overlapping. You can try it out casue shows you all the 3 words they used so you can sorta "copy" that and use it for your own map. No one understands what I'm saying right?? sad.gif

...I saw it in the tutorials dtabase...I think it was under average Just lok for overlaping then it shows double overlap and tripple overlap.

i tried triple overlapping map name, its impossible, its not enough space. I think only double.

There's plenty of space if you use the ctrl+tab character.

I once got the word HI to go between the tops of an arbiters wings in the wireframe. I just had the front mark, a lot of spaces, and then HI...or it was the back mark, I forget. It would disappear when you put the mouse over it, but it was still cool and confusing to people.

I know triple overlapping can be done, but you would ahve to use the ctrl tabn thing, and short letters. Isn't it something like backmark-word-backmark-word-frontmark-word and some tabs in certain places. I'm ok at overlapping double, but I gave up on triple quickly. WOuld be cool if you could make it quadruple, but it probably be all blurred and stuff.

You guys should talk to Pickleweezle more offten.

He has done 4x 5x and 6x in the map title. And at least 4 in the forces.

With StarForge the length of the Description doesn't matter, or it least it didn't in the old ones...

x6? Is it even readable at all, or just blurs. if it works, that would be really cool.

But will SC crash if you have a long description?

x6 overlap all depends on whether it is perfect overlap or not.

It was readable but it was only like one letter per layer.

If you wanted to stop it blurring you could just add an extra gap between the words, so as to enable large overlap without major blur into other words...

Also just to tell you, just because you have an overlapped title doesn't make your map any better.

It's more then possible, it's fairly easy, I 3x alot of my map names. I've even done 5x in Map name, not 6x tho.
