That's cuz they're afraid they won't be able to pay you back in time, what with the new mineral gaining rules. (have to type 45 characters to get 2 minerals, have to type up to 4000 or something to even get 8!)

He's right. What's the point of taking loans if you're just gonna have to pay more after. And people don't need only 100 minerals, they need 2000. That's like 3000 to give back to you.
