Im known as Min, from blizzforums and from the old starforge forums.(Maybe that was supa? i was on there as).
But anyways I've remade a rpg of mine, each time adding new features and making it better.(though only 2 were...compete).
I can't reword the story perfect from the oringal time, but ill post what i had posted on blizzforums. The oringal story was alot more discrptive but anyways...

--The oringal story of "Elvenor"
The oringal story of elvenor is about a great mage and leader known as "Minerel". He led the greatest for known. Consisting of 15,000 archers. 100,000 swordsman. He led it tword a kingdom known as "Senta". Though, as he reached a messenger told him to tell his men to retreat. He disobyed his orders and began the attack. He seen hundreds of thousands of arrows fly into the sky. Though none of his. Thousands of his warriors were dying. He was then flanked by the west. Minerel, then got on his horse and rode back to "The Kingdom of Elvenor". He had disobyed his orders, he had caused the death of a 100,000 men. He was not killed though. He was thrown out of his kingdom. Thus, nightmares flooded his brain. He couldn't sleep. He was drivin mad. No water, no food for weeks. When it seemed as if he died, he could not move, think, hear or anything. He felt life..he felt hatred. He felt stronger than ever. He got up, only to feel blood gushing from his face, from his eyes, from his enter body. Though, he couldn't see that good through the blood he seen something.. a creature before him...

Kingdom's 1 by 1 were falling. Thus all the kingdoms joined forces. There troops marched to meet there enemy. After days of battling... They had failed to defend there land. They were all slayin. This "evil" had grown far to strong. Minerel, killed the king of "The Kingdom of Elvenor", took the throne and looked upon the horizion. The world was now his.

There were though a few last cities of resistances. Mages had summoned up such magic that this evil could not pass. The mages had summoned up such a magic that they themselves were killed. Only to leave a few small villages as the last stand of resistance. Minerel, a great mage himself could feel something though... a shiver.. He somehow knew that the war wasn't anywhere near over. And he still looked for ways into the towns. Most he couldn't even find. And those that he could find seemed impervious to any attack his evil could bring.

Then the game picks up after that. Though the storyline was much better back when i oringally wrote it in december, but don't worry my Rpg will really take use of the story.
There have been 4 remakes of this map. 2 complete. Though 1 of the complete owns was never beta tested. The other.. so old i can barley remember it.
My 4th remake had a bunch of things, though had a few bugs and ran into a string limit(did fix that though)

Ive decided to make a 5th remake.
"The Day of Elvenor"
-A unique weopon\armor system. (Well somewhat).
You can buy "Armor". Armor will not attack and will constantly be teleported right next to you. While you have armor your main guy will be invincible, and the armor must die before you will go uninvincible. You will turn into weopons that you buy. Your main guy will be a civilan. You can take off any armor and any weopons (through an inventory).

-Spells\Levels\Stats
Im going around 50-60 spells. About 5 or 6 diffrent type of spells and 10 for each. It will be a beacon system. You will probably get about 1 spell per 2 level ups.
Levels will be 30.
There are going to be 4 diffrent stat points.
Health - How much health you have(20 max)
Mana - How much mana you have (20 max)
Strength - The better weopon you can use (25 max)
Defense - The better armor you can use (25 max)
You will get 6(+1 for each in the start so 10) stat points to in the start. You can choose to put them into anything you want. You will get 2 stat points per level.

Alchamist
There will probably be around 2-4 potions.
Health
Mana
And the possiblity of "Temp" potions that temporarily boost your stats for a while.(Not positive on this)
You will also be able to upgrade
The story will play a heavy role in the game. Im hoping around 3 - 5 towns.
Im hoping for some decent sized battles.
You will have to get to certain places, but there will be more than 1 way to get there and some traps along the way etc..
Battles are not like any FF thing or anything but you see the monster or however many, your character runs up to them and kills them.. Like alot of RPG's. Im hoping to use some enemy spells to etc...
Around 5 players total.
Im designing it to use a very low string count(learned that from the 4th remake), it will use a censored.gif load of location moving..
Release date is most likly going to be around Late October\Novemeber. Since school n all.
Ne one think this is anywhere decent?

WOW ... sounds nice biggrin.gif

The story line KICKS A** and the idea with the armor is a pretty good 1. Improvements would be mabe use an observer and have it visioned to the other team. Then have it placed over your guy. depending on the quality of the armor you could set its hp in different ways. That would make the idea a whole lot better.

I should complete it with no probs. Since remake 4...ive found the errors in it.(I could just redo it completely on that map but that would require some redoing of 300 triggers).
Since ive learned my lesson from remake 4(Dont make 50 level ups...to many..) it should all be smooth sailing. I also hope to then go back and redo some of the earlier versions.

Well odd, there will be melee units on the other team, but i like it. I'll probably use it onsept change it to a ground unit. Thx.(Note: Anyone who gives me an idea(That i use), will get some credit in the breifing\Start).

Im also thinking on putting the current quest in the Mission Breifings box like i did with the 2nd remake.

Yeah Devlin, I hope i actually can complete this one to smile.gif.

its big mabe it could be attacked outside the unit that you own?
try it and tell me

of corse you would have to do a system to keep there hp the same...

if a lurk works for melee units ktake out the obs and jsut use the lurk

HP
Gas
Energy
Invincibility
Invisibility
Suicide

Suicide? Who the Hell is going to suicide himself? Aww Come On! ...But wait ... i got an idea... Suicide could change yourself as a "ghost" with invincibility and invisibility, using an air unit...



It's only an idea...
