Their admin restored IcyHell and they still haven't learned. They have many maps that we have here and they giver no credit whatsoever to their creators. Do they ever learn? Perhaps Yoshi will take legal action?

I hope he does, even though im still not good enough to submit maps (because they arent good enough) i woudl hate it if someone stole my map and didnt give me credit.

I would do so if it were a bigger site, but to be honest the site is full of spam, crap, BS and they lost a good number of their affiliates.
Apparently someone from here hacked his forums, which caused him to spend more time getting everything back up plus time with the spam someone gave him. Hes wasted about 25+ unecessary hours trying to keep files that nobody downloads.
The bottom line, if they grow to be bigger (which is highly unlikely) or steal anything else, then I'll report them to their host. Powweb has a nice TOS which states that they aren't allowed to do that.
I'm not going to waste my time reporting a site that no one visits. However I'll report if they keep doing it.

What do you guys mean "at it again" we didn't download anymore of your maps and upload them.....
They stopped, all they did was put the site back up, stop thinking about us you guys need to stop bothering us with this... we gone over this 100000000 times, everything on that site is legal let's not talk about this again
and what do u mean "restored" the site only went down because the admin was trying to upgrade it from 1.3 to 2.0.... the admin didn't lose any data sorry.

Technically we can claim whatever the hell we want, and if you do not bow to our demands.. and we have the capability to you up since there is nothing stoping us.
This is not about legal ownership, this is about someone who took the time to create a well maintained map database and some fool who decided to lift the db and put it on his own site. So for the 1000000 time stop bringing blizzard into this because nobody cares, and blizzard certainly doesn't give a either.
