I'll assume by map makers you mean editors, not people. I don't really know of many mainstream editors that can't modify upgrades.

If you mean the 255 upgrades then you can use SCXE or SF.

Just go to player settings and then Upgrade settings and change the number in the upgrade that you want to change.

PS: kegem cant the normaly editor do it? I thought it woudl be able to by adding the high number.

StarEdit - 3
Xtra-Editor - 255 (slow)
Starforge - 255
SCMDraft - 255

Case closed. No, Staredit can only do 3 OddAngel...

What do you mean by X-Tra - 255 (slow)? What's so slow? You just have to master your keyboard. Hold up, get to 255. Click an upgrade, the up arrow on the screen stays punched in. Release up, Click another upgrade, then use the Up arrow again. It gets locked in going up by 20s. tongue.gif

Slower than 3 keystrokes (2-5-5) I mean really all X-tra makes had to do was change size of text box..... happy.gif

Unfortunately I won't be crying over missing three seconds at the end of my day. I don't even think I've really even gone over 100 Upgrades in any map I've made.
