Has to be fake. I heard this story on the radio this morning... he thought it was the chicken's neck so he threw it to the dog? Too unbelievable. It spawned a lot of laughs as they were tearing it apart though

It's imposible to mistake your own wang for a chicken neck.
Your wang = Your wang feels when you grab it and your supposed to know whre it is.
Chicken neck = You can't feel that something grabed it. It's way hairer than your wang and it's not in that familiar place.
