Ok Im pissed, I was working on a new Turn Based Battle System and I had everything almost done but when I loaded my map up to test over hald my strings were gone and or changed to unit names, ranting.gif Did I hit the string limit maybe? I seriously dont have that many strings in my map to hit the limit so I have no clue, this happend to anyone else?

[EDIT] Not only did it delete strings, it moved my triggers around and seperated comments from triggers and deleted some triggers, WTF!

If you hit the string limit it might start randomly deleting newly created strings, but that doesn't sound like your problem. What editor are you using the create the triggers? If you are using StarForge maybe you typed the triggers wrong or something.

Ive been triggering in X-tra, I've been swapping back and forth for terrain reasons but I havent done any triggering in Starforge. And Im sure I havent hit the string limit, Ive had maps like 3 times the size of this and never censored.gif ed up this bad pinch.gif

I actually have had this problem once, but I was using GUEdit to manually added the triggers as text, then when I re-imported them they got screwed up. I don't see how this could possible have created your current situation. All I can suggest is that there was some sort of error with SC X-tra and to hope it goes away if you just save and exit the program. Maybe try a restart too just in case.

I think I discovered the problem, I had opened the triggers in starforge at one point, didnt change them saved and opend up inx-tra edit, and changed some of the locations names, it seems that all the ones that I had changed are now disabled, but I still dont know how that censored.gif ed up the rest of my triggers and strings.
