Anyone know how to make those cool signatures that display data in them. Like that bubble that says your ISP and IP in it? I've always wanted to make one of those but I've never known how. Does anyone know?

You can use php GD functions to add text / resize an image amoung other things.
If your serious about learning I could teach you.

Ive always looked at sigs and go WTF HOW DO U DO THAT.
