As many Halo Fans might know, Halo 2 was supposed to be released on November 11th. Recent Troubles have halted that.

Very recently a French .ISO of Halo 2's DVD was released to the internet on accident, and has since then been uploaded to torrent after torrent. What does this mean folks? Halo 2 is Now Free on the internet. Many of you are probably excited, but with this comes many downfalls. For One, do not even try to get the .ISO, it will be very hard to find. If you somehow manage to, it will take a very long time to download, and unless you speak french, you will have trouble understanding it. The final and worst downfall of this is like most games that are leaked (Half-Life 2, World of Warcraft, etc. etc.), the release dates are pushed back. News are now saying Halo 2 will not be released until Next year. Thanks to those who ruined this for all of is.

I will keep you updated in this post as more information arrive.

Information could usually be found at www.bungie.net , but it seems they have been down.

I just got megaman: Command Mission and its a kick ass RPG game!

But halo 2... i'm not sure about i don't really like halo on my pc....

The game is cheap but I don't suck at it. I shoot a guy in the head 6 times with a shotgun, he doesn't die. He shoots be twice in the foot im dead (WITH A PISTOL)

That's idiotic, and I mean really. WOW GUYS THEY MADE ANOTHER FPS WITH ALIENS. That hasn't been done since last week. Oh wait. They added VEICHLES wow that makes the game awesome. Lets not forget the stupid AI who can't aim for crap

If you check the site they have a whole news article about it. It seems that Microsoft knows how to take care of their business partners. The launch dates have not changed. November 9 is going to change the world.

HOWEVER, I will give them props for the following additions:

- one primary/one secondary gun (a la CS)
- vehicles with different features
- large environments

This thread should be locked. We need to start an anti-halo policy here. The game is not that great! All it is, is 007 outside, with vehicles and the covenant

It's the same ol' FPS crap that comes out once or twice a year! The only reason I think it was even nearly as successful was because it was like one of the only xbox games that was out when the xbox came out. I bought this game for the xbox then sold it for $3 cause I didn't think it was worth anymore than that.

WE kinda do have a no-halo policy. I think shadow paladin made a post about if you go OMG HALO ROCKS etc, you will be warned... uhoh...and btw i don't care much cause i only play it at my friends house

his cousin works at Microsoft so he get's the games for a very cheap price. I got a windows XP for $35 seriously it was real genuine microsoft product.

Thats not even possible unless you change the game settings.. a lot. Even then he would need to have a full over shield and you would need to have been injured badly.

Most of that made no sense what-so-ever. I dont see ... and i guess you ment to say that you didnt like the weapon designs.. I dunno they were all pretty good...
Anyway, the AI definitely could have been better, Ill admit to that, but thats all gonna be fixed in halo2.

Don't be so hard on those guys. In Europe and Asia the release date is the 11th. So it's easy to see how there could be a slight mix-up.
