The higher your mapping the level, the higher expectation able you are to comprehend the instructions given to you. So expect less explaination.

There was a bug where new users registering could set it to Über. I'm expecting them to either change it as of now or get it fixed. And, when I fix it, I'm doing something, so naturally I'll have to penalize for that too.
