You should now find you have wav file.
(google)
it wont let me, windows media player is my default player and it wont let me move the file to another folder. so now wat can u do?
download Goldwave, its a program that can do a ton of stuff to music and its free

ok i downloaded that goldwave and its reall confusing and didnt help. i cant find the file from windows media player either.
I got mine free off of Download.com. Man, I just converted a 20mb WAV song into 2.5mb, and it has almost the same quality, I can barely tell the diff! Yeeeee.
or post the song and let me do everything

Um...No. There IS a program that does this in the DLDB(Downloads DataBase).
Decode Pro.
I can't get in to it right now, for some reason. Go and check!
Go to this great site:
Here. Has Mp3, WMA, OGG, and WAV converters. The site has about three different programs that do the same thing: Convert those sounds formats into the other format you choose. Great programs, but you have to use trial versions. ty kingra that is one useful program. i cant find the location of the file so ill do a search on it ty(cant it compress sounds)
Anyone know a program that actually divides a WAV into sections?
Nah, just use Sound Recorder and do it manually.

Is there a downloadable program that converts Midi sounds to Wav sounds?
[/Off Topic...]
Anyway I thought the music I was trying to convert was MP3 but it was a midi...
Oh well this helps. Although I have an easier converter...
wait so what about the music converter, for somereason my XP doesnt have sound recorder.
GAH! the midi converter link doesn't work! I have cool music with Midi but anyways...

Are you SURE you don't have a sound recorder??
Default place is in > start >> programs >>> accessories >>>> Entertainment >>>>> Sound recorder
yes absolutely ill even take a screen shot for anyone that still cant belive it
why dont u just post the song and let me do it :\
like i said above
I don't belive it at all. Windows comes with a Sound Recorder. Period. Do a search in "All files and folders" for it.
there is ABSOLUTELY no sound recorder on my microsoft windows XP. i just did a search for it and included hidden files and everything and there was nothing found.
ill post it i guess.
So after a confusing page of posts...WHY are you posting the .wav now? You want it in .mp3 or .midi or what??!?!? Lol cause SC only accepts wav files.
how bout you read the entire thread before you ask questions
