I need to know what you l33t people think about those who posted their desire to join the map team.

As in... who do you personally think should be in this team and why.

Like stated, I want respected and established members, simply because of security issues (a map team member could approve of a virus, for example)

I'm considering having maybe 3 people to join? Mmmm.

I think we should have a very precise specifications that a map needs to fall under. Other than that whoever test it doesn't matter as long as you can trust them to test the files and do the job well.

We accept most maps unless there just simply compleat blow off you don't really need any talent to do that.

PS. Can't you restrict the file types for the attachments so they can't attach things like exe files? or are you concerned about people packing them in zip files.

Well you are allowed to upload .exe's such as... starforge.

IMO, just someone going "I want to join" is not enough. You should've came up with something better. Not really sure what would be good criteria, though. Either way, I do think some people deserve a shot around here. Provided they are trustworthy, upstanding, MATURE members of the community. If they uploads crap, they get their ass fired and whatever else we feel like. I doubt it wouldn't be long before anything bad uploaded was reported.

Did you want to be on the map team? Someone asked why you weren't on the list... but I don't believe I've ever heard anything from you about it.

Why not that doesn't make any since to me? No i don't want to be on the team but i don't understand why you can't be on the map team and be a mod.
