on my breifing i wanted the Mission Objectives to come before the text on the right, but for some reason once the text on the right showed it automatically started... can the mission objectives come before the text or does the text have to come first?

The mission objectives can come out before the text.
You just have to work with your trigger order and your waits. At the end of your triggers put a wait for the total number of milliseconds that you want the whole briefing to last.

Actually, you don't even need waits. If you want the mission objectives to show first, then the briefing, make the mission objectives trigger ON TOP. Briefing triggers execute from top to bottom. It says so in there tongue.gif

If im understanding you correctly, do the missions briefing trigger like this:

Players:
- Whoever you want
Actions:
- Show Mission Objectives
- Wait for about a second or two
- *Display any portraits and speaking animations if neccesary*
- Main Text
- Wait for however long the Main Text is

Put a wait at the end of your briefing for about 5000 or whatever you want for how long you want your text to stay up (Only on B.net).

i need help on something else with the brief too.. when i do the text on the right hand side it doesnt scroll fast its goes really slow.. how i change that?

make the wait slower. i think for the two part text you have to time the wait perfectly then display the other text and do another wait.

It's all about the wait times, nothing more.

ADDITION: It's all about the wait times, nothing more.

Yes, It's all about the timing in waits. I use 50-100 very often for those flashy ones.

i dont want flashy kingra its scrolling text.. what should trigger look like?

You should around 2500 or upwards, the faster it scrolls, the smaller the Wait Time.

Longer Wait Times mean slower scrolling of the text, not applied to Mission Briefings, these last till replaced, or you start, and then the last one is what you see in Mission Briefing.
