Im working on an alien map and i need some ideas for the title...
Basicaly you get sent into a ship that earth has lost contact with and you end up geting stranded on it. You have to survive and get off it.

The name will come to you soon enough... Dont worry about a name until after you have finished the map. Sounds great! 
How about just
Alien: Adrift
or Alien: Lost
simple as that
but if you wanted something more sophisticated, it would be best if you thought of a title because it is your map and your idea. The gameplay is all worked out by you...

Don't use Aliens: Apocalypse unless your map is actually about the End of the World... or the end of the aliens? Something about how you are stranded would be a good idea. Aliens:

Lost Ones
Survivors
Lost
I don't know something like that which makes use of your storyline of them being stranded.

Forget the Alien prefix, use something not so basic. How about..

From what i see of the small details given about the map 
it kinda reminds me of marathon. Maybe you should call it that.

Marathon sticks out more, i think. It's never been used in SC. And it was the game that pretty much led to Halo. Bungie made it like 5 years a go, i think it was there first fps. It was about a ship heading to meet a new alien race while all of a sudden the aliens beam aboard... and ATTACK! XD
