In bounds or RPG's the briefing has all of those flashy ways of showing what their map does or is...

Ok as a bound maker (retired) I tell you this. No bounds are noticed. No one likes bounds anymore, unfortuneatley.
To make flashing text (changes colors) just have it stay up for a bit and then make the same text but with different colors in a certain spot.
To make it move just type it in that order. It takes practice to find the correct areas it can be in.

yea make the briefings:
go to scenarios and then to mission briefings (or just press control+shift+b)
click new
click all the players u want
new then mission objectives
then lets say u want the text to be "This is cool"
set this is cool
make a wait
make it This is cool
make a wait
This is cool
wait
This is cool
wait
This is cool
wait and etc then it will look like the redness moves from letter to letter

u can do this to whole words or anything

The way that I learned how to do flashy intros was by looking at the briefings of popular maps in single player and replaying them. Once you understand what is happening, you can start to make your own very easily.

or u find some maps with flashy mission briefings that are unprotected and look at how they did it
