Me too.
First of all;
The coloring in the colored one isn't too great
Second;
Pictures don't always look better in color; this is an example
Black/White has its points
Third;
AAAAGGGHHH!! THE RED!! NOOO!!
Fourth;
The colored one looks like a 2nd-graders idea of making it look like it's pissing, while as the B/W one looks more like sword... O_o

The color brings out the picture as the black and white kinda makes everything blend together, Id say keep the color but move the bottom text to the left side for readability.

THe colored one looks better that the bw one, but i think the bw one is more suitable for SEN (red clashes with SEN's green background color).

B/W one matches his Avatar, it looks better on this dark background, it gives it a more ominous look, the colored one makes it look less smooth(it's easier to tell it's a bunch of colored squares), the colored one isn't colored very well, it's an ugly shade of an ugly color(red).
