Added a brighter gray background on the users online list for Database Keepers. Hard to tell them apart from Map Team.
What exactly do Database Keepers do, again?
Edit: Also decreased brightness on the Global Moderators. Too high contrast. :/

I was keeping the map team and the database keepers the same color because they both have the same job: content managing. I really don't want lots of different colors... I'll probably merge the two eventually, somehow, or something.
But anyways, they have the ability to add/edit/delete tutorials in the tutorial system.
