Whenever i click Broodwar in the start menu thing (When it's minimized), it goes maximized, but then goes back to minimized, Preserve Trigger...
It might have something to do with starcraft's resolution and your resolution. Starcraft resolution is probbaly smaller that you monitors resloution. So that might be why
No, just click it a few times, then try alt + tab.
Try clicking but not moving the mouse until it loads up.
It happens to me a few times also.
