Anyone can tell me, what all units have inte Size group? like Ling, would be small, and take more DMG from?.. Large units?...
Some unit take +% in DMG at a speciall unit, right?...
Well obisly I don't know... so please tell me, or tell me where to get the info..

I don't think the unit size matters
Here's a program that calculates how much damage 2 units do against each other and which one would win with the HP, dmg, Shields, armor, and that type of stuff.

and Arsenal III will tell you the unit's armor type and damage type so that should help you

Unit size was taken into account when Blizzard made the game because, logically, a Battlecruiser or Ultralisk shouldn't take as much damage from Ghosts' pathetic canister rifle shots compared to, say, a Zergling, which is supposed to have thinner carapace. Units like Arbiter, which is a mage, are supposed to emphasize spellcasting, and therefore also got wimpy spellcasting. If you look in the Readme file in the Starcraft root folder, there's a Readme file. Go to its Index and find "Damage Types & Unit Sizes" for a thorough percentage guide.
