I don't know jackcrap about Vash other than he's called Vash, but I hate Kenshin...
And anyways, I think this should be renamed "General Gaming and Movies", because it just doesn't feel right to seperate them :\

This fight would be close. Vash won't kill though so unless he manages to destroy Kenshin's blade Kenshin would probably win. This is coming from one of the biggest Trigun fan too. I was actually Vash for Halloween this year. That's right im that hardcore. (Ill put up a pic when I get if from my friend) Vash though does have that Angel Gun thingy which would obliterate Kenshin. All he needs is a little provoking. Kenshin though would be able to deflect most of Vash's bullets with his blade. They both come from completely different worlds though, neither would be used to the others fighting style.
I say Vash would win, he does have a gun after all, but then again, since kenshin is a samurai, i guess he could use the sword to block the bullet, but really, since these two would be in diffrent time peroids, i doubt they would fight each other
