Yes, and nvm this topic. I think I found how to do it at blizzard.com. thanx anyways.

ADDITION: ok, I have a router. I tried adding ports 4000 and 6112-6119 but I still can't process UDP packs. Can anyone help?

If you have an ISP and aproper connection the Starcraft client should do it for you. Where is your problem?

Make sure you don't have a personal firewall program blocking packets.

My DSL has a firewall. I don't think I should disable it since I have a feeling I shouldn't since I'm not the one who does all the computery stuff, lol. I guess Starcraft will have to be limited to when I go visit my cousins I guess...

ADDITION: Oh, and what's a SC client?

The client is the code that connects to Battle.net on port 6112 (I think) and feeds data to the game engine.
