Couldn't you just add the script for like (I think it's) DHTML, Javascript, or Html to the Template Base?

Same I used to use IE and you could see cursor but latly i changed to fire fox wich loads ALOT faster that IE. Anyways I have a question about fire fox (kinda off topic but..) how come the animations are so fast oin FF and normal speed on IE is it because it was made for IE?
