yesterday i got arrested cause 1 of my friends had weed on them so we 
ed..But man i hate probation and
i hope i dont get it... got court in a month =\Gg complete

If it was in his system as well or if he was driving while his friend had it, he can get busted for it as well. There are a lot of little technicalities with it.
