I run Track & Field at a pro level in my country, If I eat fast food them I'm pretty much screwed.
The only way I eat Fast Food is when no one is at home and I need something to eat I'll get a salad and pour chilli on it(Wendy's) I won't get a hamburger in Wendy's. I also have a Subway like right next to Wendy's and my house so I'll usually go to Subway walking eat a footlong walk again get hungry again and go to drive-thru even though I'm not in a car and get a chilli and eat it on the rest of the way home.

I jog , bike ALOT and play basketball a hellva lot (10 miutes on jogging,30 minutes on biking and 1 hour for basketball)

i gotta stay in shape too! But i think i'm not fat cuz i got a fast matabisle i don't know how to say the word.. its where your smoictih can eat food fast!

My stomach seems to suck itself in on its own, so my belly doesn't bulge, but when it does hang out it makes me look like I'm pregnant...

well, I know this guy who can eat for 5 pounds of carrots, 2 pounds of potatoes, and 20 more pounds of healthy stuff in one sitting and still feel hungry. Then, he could go eat one doulbe quarter pounder from mcdonalds and then feel full.

lol This summer in like Aug. 1 n July 31. Me,Sis,Cousin,and friends WE ORDERED 100 IN N OUT BURGERS!!! LMFAO!!!! WE TOOK LIKE 1 OF THEIR GRILLS JUST TO MAKE OUR ORDER! AND THEY HAD TO GET LIKE THE PEOPLE FROM THEIR BREAK TO MAKE THEM!

I think IN N' OUT is the BEST!!!

lol i still think that In N' Out is better then the others. You can have custom made ones or like 4x4 or even a 8x8 or whatever! or like animal style is like where you add like everything on it.

I felt real sick after that because I had managed to eat 3 of them... and on everyone I had very strong onions on them. So, neadless to say, no one wanted to be near me for a full hour, until I was able to brush my teeth. :ugh:
