Well, I kinda feel this way right now as we come into the "second" countdown for Halo 2! I mean, I have been watching everything for it, and it looks awsome! The new voices, the new graphics, the NEW PLAY! Plus, I went through the 60 sec. commercial second by second and found all of this interesting stuff, like the next Halo (compared to the one we all know and love).
This topic doesn't just apply to Halo, it can go for anything, from other games to maybe even a new child (if you actually have a life
, of course I have a small one...)
I would actually like to see more than just a vote too, like, what you were or are waiting for, and how your reacting and junk like that!

Nope, never. There are people who actually have something to do (ie go outside, work, school, sports, talking, malls) as opposed to waiting around a couple of days for a game.

I'm sorry, but I've never really been a MG fan...probably because I have the most ANNOYING friend who just will not shut up about that game...which is why I dodge him more often that not. I'm just saying that the next (HINT!) big game coming out is Halo 2, then it get's splashed into a bunch of wanted titles, such as MG3, GR2, SC:CT (aka SC3), and more.
Probably one of the most annoying things I have seen on the web is how people who don't own xboxs and may never have tried Halo run around saying it sucks. GIVE THINGS A TRY! Listen, I tried MG, but it didn't really make a big dent on my caring... Then again, it could just be that I associate most of the game with the most annoying person on earth...

Yes but people who go "OH HALO 2 HALO 2!!!!!111" are annoying as well and by next year Halo 2 will be forgotten but still played.

I'm mostly just waiting for Half-Life 2, and MGS3.
Halo 2 just seems like hype. It'll be good, but unlike Half-Life 2, it won't be talked about in 4 years.

It defenately depends. Halo 2: time slows down. A reply from an email from a chick: time slows down. A reply from an email from a guy: meh.
Even if you want the new quarters? Or some movie that is about to be released on DVD and VHS? Those can wait for me..

man, I played Halo at my friend's house (I don't have XBox) and I loved it. But, I gotta admit, there are better games than Halo and Halo 2.
