I had this problem once, but it went away after a few minutes. What happened to me: I got on my bot, and tried to connect. "Error-10577(or something" Blah blah blah "If error 10577 repeats, you may be IPbanned. Try connecting later or to a different server" or whatever I tried getting on D2, same thing happened. About a few minutes later, it started working.

if you have windows, you may try to delete "battle.net" from your computer using regedit.exe , but I highly would advise you to do this only as a last resort, because you could badly mess up your computer fiddling with regedit.exe .

ok then, I will tell you how to do it, but if your comp gets messed up it isn't my fault and I won't be held responsible for any damages/liablities that may or may not occur. Do you understand and agree?

ok then. DO NOT DO ANYTHING ELSE IN REGEDIT EXCEPT FOR WHAT IS BELOW! IF YOU DO, YOU MAY END UP MESSING UP YOUR COMPUTER. IF THIS HAPPENS, I WILL NOT BE HELD RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY DAMAGES/LIABLITIES THAT OCCUR. Now that is said...
click on "start" on your taskbar. Click on "run".
type in "regedit.exe" and then click on "ok"
click on "file" then "export". Save it as "Klown's reg"
click on "edit" and then "find"
type in "battle.net"
click on "find next"
Once it has found battle.net, deleted it.
continue doing the last three steps until you have can not find battle.net and then exit regedit.exe. .
