It appears I can't outside link images I've uploaded to this site. But, they are uploaded to the /moose/ directory. Is there any way you can enable outside linking on that directory?

You want me to disable hotlinking just for your directory? I don't believe that is possible. I would if I could, but the host's cpanel doesn't have such options.
