Well, lets see, where do I begin?
1) Use boxes for text. Or bubbles. It looks much nice.
2) NEVER hand write words, I couldn't even read that.
3) Spend more time on the backgrounds, everwhere I looked I saw uneven lines and huge splotches sticking out
4) Make walking animations, not just bouncy things
5) Work on the people animations/drawings, stick figures only look good if you know how to use them. Look around for some simple tutorials.
6) Generally, spend more time on the whole project, it took you like a day. SPend at least a week on something. I've spent 3 months on one of my projects.

I gave you a 5/10. It is not a good job and it can be improved. And you used my old Sig
