Have a map where people are dying randomly of some mysterious plague and you have to destroy chemical warfare labs before these evil plagues destroy everyone, but you can't be infected or you die.

I just made it up as I was writing it.It would be neat to have people turn into infested terran and try to kill you, and you couldn't trust anybody really, but you had to sometimes for things. A psychological kind of warfare thing.
