Do randomized switches clear on their own after they've beeen randomly activated? Or, do u have to clear them once they're set with a trigger?

Random switchews remain in the reandomly selected state until manually changed. They will not revert.

So u mean like for Random Battle RPGs, after the switch has been completed for the ramdom battle, another trigger will have to turn it off?

Trigger 1:
Conditions:
Bring to this area
Battle not set

Actions:
Randomize switch 1
Randomize switch 2
Randomize switch 3

Trigger 2:
Conditions:
Switch 1 set
Switch 2 set
Switch 3 cleared

Actions:
Clear switch 1
Clear switch 2
Clear switch 3
Do whatever battle or whatever
Set battle

Would this be right?

YOu dont really need it unless you count on the switches being clear again. If you have a master switch you turn off, you can say: randomize, master on, check (because master is on), master off and you don't need to worry about the states of random switches. But yes, without the clear trigger, the switches will remain set/cleared as they were randomized.

Man, where's that one topic that someone posted a map where they showed you the only tirggers u need for Random battles.

Just a yes or no question. If randomized switch gets set, does the randomized switches clear on themselves?

Switches stay as you set/clear them, untill YOU change them.

If you were to make a switch set to random...They will always remain randomized.

What do you mean?

You could randomize the switches:

Outcome:
Switch1; Clear
Switch2; Set

And you can reandomize them again

Outcome:
Switch1; Set
Switch2; Clear

Switches are like light switches, you can turn them on, and turn them off, but they stay the way they are unless YOU mess with them.
