I don't need any new races. Three is fine enough. A new race would probably imbalance the game.
Graphics, definitely.
Better map editor, hell yes - more triggers, more ways to mess with units, custom units, remove some limitations.
Maybe some new units/buildings/upgrades for the regular game.

Alright now I'm gonna be serious :
- New unit models
- FAIR Ladder system on battle.net
- A purpose of actually playing the game. (Like you can get a slight advantage for example 100 minerals when starting, etc. or campagn secrets unvealed.)
- Free absolutley no limitations at ALL except for license rights and all the other legal stuff.
- Does not require an expensive computer to run.
- Able to enjoy for years and years.
- All the stuff you can do like on wc3.
Well thats all I can think of.

Different difficulty levels for the AI. I find that annoying (because I get the crap beat out of my every time...)

Thats great.Yeah in the next one: similar kerrigan type thing, but the new character is actually a triplet! (or clone or something), and they all dress provocatively!

Thats a pretty good idea, like in the editor you can change the suit or clothing their in. And for the zerg I guess different "shells' or skin.

Hmm, 3D rendered sprites would be nice, though then, it would just be kinda of an upgraded StarCraft, not really a new game. Though I do agree 3D sucks. No, I can't make up my mind...

Hmm... zerg/toss hybrid would make an uber race... Shields/Hit Points that regenerate... jesus... and a Plague like Psi Storm that sticks on your units... Omg... thats hell... then an Ultra Reaver!!! maybe even a Dark Zergling!!!!

This was the actual storyline:
The Xal-naga create some races(zerg and toss) and think that they'll both fight for them but they were wrong or w/e then xal-naga were destroyed. After everything, Duran comes along and tries to make some zerg/toss hybrid wich is the Xal-naga.
(it's in one of the secret missions)

Maybe not a WC3-like editor, but just the possibility to create new units completly?
EDIT -- Errr Death knight... Xel' Naga creates Zerg race on Char, they are successful, the overmind grows too intelligent and Naga leaves. They learn from their errors, create the Protoss but they get too powerful and their fleet is reduced to ashes. Then they went alone, they weren't mean to fight VS each others...

Hmm thats a pretty hard decision. But you know some really sick people dl drawings of you-know-what naked. I'll stick with Starcraft. What would be really cool is to change the description on the weapon. For example on a marine, when you go the the weapon it says gauss rifle. But it'll be kinda coo if it's another name like : Machine Gun, Laser Cannon, Subautomatic gun or WEAPON OF MASS DESTRUCTION, MAUHAGAHAHHAHAHHAHAHAHHAH!
