well right now i think starforge 2.2 sucks its worse then sf 2.1 because i dled it after unistalling sf 2.1 like it said and i opened it to make a map and ever 3 seconds it says player* has no starting location want to set player* as inactive
and its pissing me off so if someone cant help me sf sucks

Just place a starting location for those players and thats it.
You could also set those players as inactive in the player settings window.
It shows you that message because you placed units or triggers for a player but you didn't place a start location.

i tryed putting them as inactive by clicking set inactive when it pops up and it still does
even when i have a starting location open it does that
and it happens right at the begining before i have any units placed

Its meant to do that, its part of the new editions to SF2.2, just click yes, place the start locations for the players/computesr your use and then make them active afterwards.

Just place a startloc for each active player somewhere when you first start map, then keep maping and relocate start locations when you want to.

Well i am not the SMARTEST map maker but even i knew about turning the selection to yes!!!

It is annoying but it auto-saves for you so when you get those annoying errors you might have a back up before the error.
BTW: It's Starforge not starfore
i know it's a typo.
